From Bach revisited by pianist Daniil Trifonov to the elegance of Marion Rampal, 2022 promises to be auspicious.

Pianist Daniil Trifonov arouses strong passion and enthusiasm. “His specialty is to devote all his work to a composer: this time the family of Bach, and the great master, Jean-Sébastien”, explains the journalist from France Télévisions, Michel Mompontet. His last album, Bach: The Art of Life (Deutsche Grammophon), was released on October 8.

For his part, the saxophonist Émile Parisien releases his album Louisa (ACT Music). “He is one of those artists who are capable, at the slightest note, of being immediately recognized but of creating a universe”, says Michel Mompontet. Another event, the Philarmonie de Paris is organizing a series of string quartet concerts for its tenth biennial, between January 12 and 23.

Finally, Marion Rampal goes from song to pure improvisation, from jazz to folk in her repertoire named Woven. “She has a kind of restraint, elegance, accuracy in her feelings that manages to touch the hearts of the music lovers who listen to her directly”, says Michel Mompontet.
