Daft Punk: Finally They’re Back!

On the occasion of the tenth anniversary of “Random access memories”, Daft Punk’s fourth and final studio album, the group is making a comeback! Indeed, a title initially composed for their last project in 2013 will finally see the light of day this week! In “world preview”, the piece in question called “Infinity repeating” will be unveiled Thursday, May 11, 2023 at the Center Pompidou.

“Three Title Discovery Experiences”

Thursday, at 6:30 p.m. (Paris time, 4:30 p.m. GMT), the Parisian museum will therefore offer “three experiences of discovery of the title”, “free and free access within the limit of available places”, Or “listening in ultra-high fidelity , in collaboration with Ircam (Institute for Acoustic/Music Research and Coordination)”. The music video “lasting 4 min 15” will be screened in Gallery 3 with “equipment of more than 30 speakers and a sound system designed by experts from Ircam”, with 150 seats available. There will also be a screening of the music video in Cinema 1, with 300 seats. And finally, “a collective experience” with “projection on the giant screen in the heart of the Forum of the Center Pompidou, 350 seats”, is announced. Real experiences not to be missed for fans of the group separated since 2021.

As a reminder, the title “Infinity repeating” soon to be unveiled is one of the nine other tracks never released from the album “Random access memories”. Titles kept warm for more than 10 aces which will be published next Friday on the occasion of the reissue of the famous album.
