During the election campaign, François Legault asked the people of Quebec to give him a balance of power commensurate with the powers he is seeking to repatriate from the federal government. Here it is now with an overwhelming majority in hand and I am among those who wonder what great project François will want to leave us as a legacy for the next four years.
