Cyril Hanouna wants to recruit in “TPMP” the companion of one of his columnists

A couple of columnists in Do not touch My TV ? It would not be the first time, since in 2017, Cyril Hanouna had tried to recruit Aurore Aleman-Castaldi, the wife of Benjamin Castaldi, but the latter had not transformed the attempt and had only made one unique appearance in the C8 talk. This Tuesday, November 7, 2023 in TPMP, the host revealed that he had wanted to recruit the sports commentator for several years already Daniel Riolo, companion of Géraldine Maillet in the city. Problem: the man, widely publicized for each of his speeches on football, target of several lawsuits for which he takes full responsibility, is in contract with RMC, a channel on which he has been working for many years already. And if the trust Cyril Hanouna places in him honors him, Daniel Riolo does not seem inclined to leave RMC…at least for now!

“I have often been asked which columnist I would like to have. For me, the best, with you, is Daniel” revealed Cyril Hanouna. Reacting to comments made by the sports columnist at Jordan de Luxe this Tuesday, Cyril Hanouna gave him a pole, claiming to be ready to produce him in his own sports talk show: Daniel, be careful, I have sorrel (…) Daniel, I know that he also has a dream. It’s having your own talk show. And I like to make dreams come true. Be careful, I have my little influence… He could be there (in TPMP) and have a little extra talk.

Daniel Riolo and Cyril Hanouna have already collaborated together since between 2015 and 2016, on the show Don’t touch my sport hosted by Estelle Denis, and in which Pierre Ménès, Ludivine Sagna, Francesca Antoniotti and Dominique Grimault also participated. One thing is certain in any case: Daniel Riolo is not closing the door to one day returning to the H2O group, on the sole condition of leaving RMC. “I wouldn’t mind that. I like the show, I like Cyril. I think it would be pretty funny assured Géraldine Maillet’s companion.

Didier Roustan also refused the offer

This Wednesday, November 8, 2023, another sports journalist revealed that he had been approached by Cyril Hanouna to join his show: Didier Roustan. The sports professional, who embodied Téléfoot on TF1 between 1986 and 1999, revealed to Sud Radio that he had declined the offer: “No, it’s not my thing. When Cyril Hanouna was on France 4, he arrived on C8, he called me. I was at Porte Saint Cloud, at Trois Obus (…) I knew a little , I saw the rebroadcasts (…) I told him kindly that no, I wasn’t interested. I can’t see myself talking about TV, talking about my colleagues, and judging them, I hate that and I always make a point of not doing so. Afterwards, everyone is free.” did he declare.
