Produced by Arthur and Cyril Féraud themselves, this is the first prime time game that follows like a soap opera, as its creators explain. The principle is as follows: at the start of the first episode, there are 100 candidates. Distributed over the 100 squares of a gigantic board, they will take turns challenging each other on general culture themes (cinema, sport, geography, television, etc.) to take the greatest number of squares. The goal of each of the candidates with varied profiles and personalities is to conquer their neighbor’s space by challenging them face-to-face.
Each week, 25 candidates will be eliminated each time, so that after four weeks of competition, viewers will witness the coronation of the best. The prize: 100,000 euros. And Cyril Féraud is particularly proud of this format which will attract the whole family. For him, “The Floor is more than a game“, as he explained at a press conference.
