Cyril Féraud at the heart of a scam, the host ignites

This is not new, fame does not only bring good things and people who are not always very honest do not hesitate to use sacred stratagems to achieve their ends. A few days ago, Laetitia Milot also found herself at the heart of a scam in spite of herself.Indeed, people wanted to use her notoriety to scam fans and she is not the only celebrity to be at the heart of identity theft stories. This is particularly the case of Cyril Féraud and many others.

This Tuesday, February 15, 2022, the one who got annoyed after a daring question from a usertook advantage of a social media callback from the SLAM show to talk about his own and revealed why he was doing it. “I also take this opportunity to write to you here on my social networks. Why ? Because there are lots of people on social networks, lots of scammers who steal photos of animators, comedians, athletes etc… to come and annoy you, you ask for money pretending to be we” he said at first.

Before continuing: “Never ever give money to someone who pretends to be me, Nagui, Stéphane Bern, whatever (…) Don’t be fooled by these motherfuckers. I tell you this often but it is very important”.

After this announcement, several Internet users took to Twitter to share their misadventures. Thus, we could read messages such as: “Well done Cyril for saying it. Yesterday I had 2 fakes from you on the networks. For people who get screwed and think they’re the real person. Be careful, and take a good look at the certified blue dot on social networks, it’s real and if there isn’t, it’s fake” or “I had the good then bad surprise to see that you were following me until I realized that it was a fake. Neither one nor two I reported him for identity theft and his account has been suspended. Thank you for reminding us because a lot of people are being fooled”.
