(Quebec) Quebec is shutting down government websites following a cyberattack targeting Hydro-Quebec, among others.
The Minister for Digital Transformation, Eric Caire, will officially announce at 1 pm this “preventive” closure affecting certain government websites, organizations and state corporations.
