In the middle of the All Saints holidays, the 13 Heures de France takes you, Friday, October 28, to the forest in the Hautes-Pyrenees. Reportage.

In Castelnau-Rivière-Basse, in a farm in the Hautes-Pyrénées, All Saints’ Day is the time for the deer to slab. In the front row, a family from the North falls under the spell. To live a week’s vacation closer to nature, she rented a cabin in the trees. The exterior is rustic, the interior all in wood. Comfort at 86 euros per night.

There is no internet network. So in the morning, it’s Mikado game, with hot chocolate. “We really get together”, confides the father of the family. On the program of the day? Thrill session, with the zip line. The surrounding forest is partly laid out so that the townspeople have fun. On 30 hectares, in this educational farm, Stéphane Vitse, owner of the Trencalli cabins, shares his passion for nature. Guaranteed escape in contact with the people of the forest.
