Animated docufiction by directors Fernando Trueba and Javier Mariscal, the film delves into the world of the emergence of bossa nova, in the 1960s and 1970s in Rio. He follows in the footsteps of the virtuoso Brazilian pianist Francisco Tenório, who mysteriously disappeared in 1976 after a concert in Buenos Aires. He will be one of the 30,000 “disappeared” of the Argentine dictatorship, for having had hair that was too long and a musician’s card in his pocket. Fabulous drawings by Javier Mariscal. Indoors.
