Maritime instruments, ropes, remains of wrecks, figureheads and many testimonies from those who practiced trades linked to this famous aquatic artery, the exhibition Saint Lawrence River, echoes from the shores is an invitation to travel to the Pointe-à-Callière museum. Its history, its battles, its rapids, its sea route also give the opportunity to better know the people of the country, as Vigneault would say, their costumes, their customs, their habitats. We would have liked more works of art related to the river, but the exhibition is full of information for visitors of all ages.
