Cultural suggestion: one last kamehameha for “Dragon Ball”

Last week Akira Toriyama passed away, to whom we owe Dr Slump (Glénat) and the juggernaut that is Dragon Ball. Whether through the manga (Glénat) or the animated adaptation, presented at TQS between 1999 and 2001, the importance of Goku and his seven crystal balls in popular culture is undeniable. Just like the sensei’s influence on the creation of manga, comics and comics: the wave of love that has invaded social networks since the announcement of Toriyama’s death is proof of this. For those nostalgic, the series is still available and will even be entitled to a full-color publication from this year.
