Cultural suggestion: “Moving and moving. Plants through story”, the dance of plants

It’s geeky. Moving and moving. Plants through story (PUM, 2024) brings together 14 essays on the mobility of plants, real but so slow, whose rhythm imposes another type of observation and thought. We can read there the beautiful quest of Amélie-Anne Mailhot to find the wild Gaspé apple trees of her childhood. Or think about what happens when plant names are translated from one language to another with Anne-Rachel Hermetet. Under the direction of Rachel Bouvet and Stéphanie Posthumus, the reflections are hyper-precise, and make us think of the slow rhythm of plants. It feels good.
