The comic icon underground from here, Patrick Henley, aka Henriette Valium, was not entitled to a major Quebec exhibition before his death in the summer of 2021. The Diane-Dufresne Art Center, located in the city that saw him grow up , Repentigny, corrects the situation a little with Henriette Valium, without prescription, certainly a very wise retrospective (with a “search and find” activity for children), but all the same very interesting of the imposing and diversified corpus (photomontage, music, video, and even a superhero costume!) of this punk abundant universe and distinctive pencil line. On display until January 28.
