It’s not going well for Tom Brady. Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback, ex-wife Gisele Bündchen, basketball player Stephen Curry and several other public figures are being sued after promoting FTX, a cryptocurrency exchange app implicated in a fraud case.

TMZ reports the proceedings began days after the platform’s users were bankrupted. The company would have suddenly gone bankrupt, causing the disappearance of nearly 11 billion dollars. The court document points out that FTX was created on fraudulent grounds aimed at “taking advantage of the naivety of novice investors across the country.”

Shaquille O’Neil, Udonis Haslem, David Ortiz, Trevor Lawrence, Shohei Ohtani, Naomi Osaka, Larry David and Kevin O’Leary have also reportedly been recruited by the company to do publicity work.
