Owner since 2013 of the former royal and military college of Thiron-Gardais (Eure-et-Loir) which he himself restored and transformed into a museum for more than four million euros of work, Stéphane Bern is very attached to this small town located two hours from Paris. Stéphane Bern was one of the three people who presented themselves to become elected. They were all elected this Sunday, with a fairly low participation rate, at 45.3%.
Already elected in 1999, he will do everything for the heritage of his commune

Charged by Emmanuel Macron since his election in 2017 to work for French heritage, Stéphane Bern organizes a heritage lottery every year, in the hope of restoring as many historic monuments in danger as possible. In Thiron-Gardais, the new elected official hears “continue to defend the heritage of the municipality”and wishes to use his celebrity for the well-being of his very dear town.
