[Critique] “Infrequentable”, DawaMafia | The duty

When the song comes Bonnie Clyde (with Raed Hammoud, alias Sael) right in the middle of this generous album of sixteen new titles, we finally breathe: the reggaeton rhythm, the catchy chorus almost manage to lighten the weight of the harsh rhymes and the fighting drill-trap rhythms of the first half ofInfrequent, new album by DawaMafia (Zacka and Tali-B). The Brossard duo offers here the most substantial and successful of their projects, barely two months later The Three Stars, vol. 2, album in collaboration with Mody and Random (5Sang14), back on this project. For the variety of musical influences, we will focus on the second half of the album, which contains an excellent collaboration with Rymz (Billyon an ingenious production by Gary Wide), this afrobeat sweetness entitled Money makes happiness and some of the most nuanced and harmonious on the album, paranoid, Fast And All day, which highlight the versatility of these two rappers and singers. Performing at the Metro Metro festival on May 20.
