While a first Russian soldier is going to be tried in kyiv for a war crime, the UN is launching an investigation into the atrocities allegedly committed by Vladimir Putin’s troops. Thursday, May 12, a video broadcast by the American channel CNN shows Russian soldiers shooting at two civilians.
