A man who committed violent acts two and a half years ago in Abitibi-Témiscamingue and whom the police failed to capture is the subject of an arrest warrant.
The Sûreté du Québec (SQ) is asking for the public’s help in finding Mathieu Leblanc, who is 34 years old. Some information leads the police to believe that he is currently staying in the Montreal area.
The police report that between September 10 and 12, 2021, Mathieu Leblanc engaged in several criminal acts, including assault using a weapon, a fire causing damage and threats to others.
Mathieu Leblanc is 1.83 meters tall and weighs approximately 104 kilograms. Her hair and eyes are brown.
