CREPE CRAZY? personalized pancakes according to everyone’s tastes!

CRAZY PANCAKES

A recipe to prepare with pancakes (from the day before) or with wheat pancakes (wrap).

Per person :

1 ladle of vegetables of your choice, cooked and well drained (such as the vegetables for the soup)

½ tsp butter

1 pancake + ½ pancake

2 tbsp minced ham

1 egg

½ tsp fat

Salt and pepper

Coarsely mash the vegetables with a fork, season with salt and pepper and reheat gently. Place the ham in a skillet and heat gently. Prepare the pancakes. Cook the fried egg with the fat. Take and reserve 1 tbsp of vegetables and 1 tbsp of ham. On the plate (hot if possible), place 1 crêpe, top with the vegetables and ham. Lay the egg on 1 half then lay the ½ pancake on the other half and top with the reserved vegetables and ham. To serve. Nice kitchen to all, Régine
