The 11,000 employees of the early childhood centers (CPE) affiliated with the CSN accepted the‘93% agreement in principle from the Government of Quebec.
Union members put an end to the general strike called on 1er December and will be back to work on Monday.
“It was not an easy negotiation, but we managed to make several advances thanks to the solidarity and determination of our members,” declared Stéphanie Vachon, representative of the childcare center sector at the FSSS – CSN.
