On Wednesday, it was the turn of forwards Michael Pezzetta and Cam Hillis to be added to the cursed list.

An entry on this list does not mean that the person has contracted the virus: it can also be a close contact of an infected person.

Pezzetta and Hillis are the 23e and 24e names currently subject to the protocol governing COVID-19 at the Canadian. Some of these players, including Artturi Lehkonen, Laurent Dauphin and Mike Hoffman, have ended their isolation, however, but still find themselves there simply because they have not officially received the green light to return to the game.

The Canadian and his Laval school club are currently on hiatus, but players and staff continue to be tested on a daily basis. The next practice is scheduled for Friday, and the next game, January 12 in Boston.
