As Quebec sees its hospitalizations linked to covid-19 melting daily, the province is registering four additional deaths.

With 1,408 people infected with the virus in hospitals in the province (-31), including 24 in intensive care (-1), we can say that the situation seems to be running out of steam a little. There are also few new deaths in Friday’s report published by Health Quebec. Thus, there is 1 death that occurred two to seven days ago and three that occurred more than a week ago.
In screening centers, 524 new infections were detected while 45 positive rapid tests were declared on the government platform.
In the health network, 2,210 workers are still absent due to the virus, whether for preventive withdrawal, isolation or waiting for results.
