INESSS specifies in these communications that the effects of the health measures implemented recently are not yet visible in the data presented today.
“The models do not integrate the progression of the 3e vaccine dose and its effect on hospitalizations ”, we can read.
“Many people are hospitalized for a reason other than COVID, but are then declared positive (secondary diagnosis) upon admission or during their stay. This proportion could represent nearly 50% of regular beds and more than 15% of intensive care beds ”, it is written in the press release.
