For the first time since May 2020, Quebec has recorded more than 90 deaths in 24 hours.

The province’s sad record on Saturday reported 96 deaths related to COVID-19. Hospitalizations continue to climb as 110 more beds than the old are occupied. However, there is no increase in intensive care while 275 people are still there.
In la belle province, there are 6,705 new positive cases among groups of people with access to screening centers.

The situation remains precarious in Ontario as hospitalizations approach 4,000. In fact, 3,957 Ontarians with COVID-19 are in hospital (143), including 558 in intensive care (+31). Additionally, 42 more people succumbed to the disease within 24 hours.
The most populous province in the country also recorded 10,732 new infections using PCR tests.
