Night owls and daytime workers must coexist in Montreal. The City is looking into the matter in particular through public consultations and the establishment of vitality zones, but many stakeholders are calling for more adapted laws. We see that certain efforts are being made, but prejudices seem to persist. How can we make compromises so that everyone benefits? We went into the field to find out more.
