Côté Saveurs in the Argonne region of France Bleu Champagne-Ardenne

Throughout the summer, France Bleu Champagne-Ardenne sends its entertainers to explore the territory of Champagne in order to help listeners (re)discover it and so that they can plan future tourist activities.

This morning, we find Nicolas Schmitt at the Red Horse, a restaurant present for several centuries in Sainte-Ménehould. The restaurant offers a sublime environment, great services and above all, a real family spirit.

The chef and owner of the place, Mathieu Fourreau, presents his menu and his menu, as well as the pig’s trotter, a typical regional dish, which the restaurateur has declined in spring rolls with pig’s trotter.
