Throughout the summer, France Bleu Champagne-Ardenne sends its entertainers to explore the territory of Champagne in order to help listeners (re)discover it so that they can plan future tourist activities.

Nina Lombardi stays in Charleville-Mézières to discover the restaurant at Toshia restaurant run with passion by Takahashi Toshikatsu and his wife.

Offering Japanese, French and Italian dishes, the couple promotes above all the healthy and the good. The menus, named gourmet and gourmet, are as complete as they are colorful and show.

She specializes in cooking with wild plants and in particular in elderflower, which she particularly likes, with her husband Olivier. She puts wild plants in maceration or infusion to make aperitifs or plant preserves.

Nina Lombardi talks about wild garlic, which she loves, and Geneviève tells her that it goes well with terrines and charcuterie: which goes well with the products offered by Toshi.
