Côté Saveurs ideas for vegetarian meals

You can make a lot of vegetarian dishes for the aperitif as Nicolas reminded us, but you can also make dishes like “ramen”, a typical Japanese dish. Likewise Fanny, who listens to us at Laxou, gave us her recipe for tortillas, a kind of Spanish omelet with potatoes and eggs, ideal for making culinary recycling and not throwing anything away.
