“Infallible”, promises L’Oréal Paris about its new gel eyeliner – as with all products in this range, which includes felt-tip liners or eyebrow pencils. It is true that once applied to the line of the eyelid – to emphasize the look – or blended to create a “smoky” look thanks to the small integrated tip, the product, available in black, brown or navy blue, becomes difficult to dislodge.
