With Fanny and Stéphane Boutarin, Stéphane grows IGP Garlic from the Drôme, on the family farm.
As for Fanny, she prepares the precious “Ail Noir”, she selects the largest sizes of white garlic from the Drôme, produced by Stéphane. These White Garlic are then transformed thanks to a long maturation at low temperature. A natural transformation, without additives or preservatives.
