For the 13 Hours of Discovery on Monday, September 12, head to Antibes, at Sophie’s, to discover an emblematic dish of Provence that she makes with vegetables from her garden: the ratatouille. Here is a grandmother’s recipe.

Sophie’s vegetable garden is both her landmark and her place of inspiration. There are nearly 200 varieties of vegetables, fruits and aromatic herbs, in the heart of Antibes (Alpes-Maritimes).
