Cook St Jacques with David Loisel, chef of the Orangerie at the Château de Candie in Chambéry Le Vieux

Since 2021, L’Orangerie has joined the Culinary College of France by receiving the Restaurant de Qualité appellation, and the Euro-Toques association. These two appellations commit us to using fresh, local, seasonal, diversified products, processed on site with total transparency on their origin. The same goes for the quality and the passion that we put in our cuisine, composing between tradition and modernity.
