“Some said I had gone blind, but as you can see my eyes are working perfectly”joked the comedian, squinting with one eye, in response to speculation about his condition. “But I’ve been through hell and back, and my recovery hasn’t been free of obstacles either,” he confides, thanking both his fans for their support and his family for his discretion.

“But I’m coming back and I’m able to work”

Reached a “medical complication”, the 55-year-old actor was rushed in April to a medical facility in Georgia, in the southern United States, where he was shooting a film for Netflix.

His daughter, Corinne Foxx, wanted to dispel the rumors a month later, assuring on Instagram that her father was “been out of hospital for several weeks and (recovering).” “I didn’t want you to see me with tubes coming out of my body and trying to figure out if I was going to make it,” he explained to justify his long silence. “But I’m coming back and I’m able to work”he said again.
