Sunday April 17, 2022 Paris-Roubaix will set off for its 119th edition of Compiègne, barely six months after the 2021 edition. This had been moved to October because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The race known also as the ‘queen of classics ‘, the ‘hard hard ‘ Where ‘northern hell‘ will leave Compiègne around 11 a.m. to reach Roubaix around 5 p.m., depending on weather conditions. The race is part of the UCI World Calendar.
This year, the route will be 257.5 km including 54.8 km of cobblestones. The cobblestones are the particularity of the race but also the difficulty. Become the France Bleu reporter – Hauts-de-France region
The Hauts-de-France region with France Blue offer the possibility to two chosen listeners to become reporters for a day on the Paris-Roubaix.
You have until Sunday April 10 midnight to send us your most beautiful love letter to Paris-Roubaix that is in writing that is by video. The most fiery statement will be selected by our jury on April 13. And so you may be the France Bleu Vip reporter like Bertille and Victorien in 2018.
The two selected auditors will become our reporters for a day on Paris-Roubaix. In Compiègnes (provide a means of transport), they will have access to the village area with breakfast accompanied by the person of their choice. Then head for the race: aboard a follower car from the Hauts de France region driven by a former runner, they will be as close as possible to the cyclists. They will speak live on the France Bleu antenna. And on arrival, they will have access to the VIP reception area of the Hauts-de-France Region in the heart of the Vélodrome Historique in Roubaix with access to the lawn during the mythical presentation of the pavement with the person of their choice.
