By his comments on French, confessing his unilingual English and his refusal to learn French, the President and CEO of Air Canada, Michael Rousseau, deserves only one treatment: the door. There is still a limit to cooking and contempt. I mean the door, and the most sacred! By his words, this man is a perfect illustration of the weakness of bilingualism at Air Canada. Bilingualism has always been a joke with this carrier. This has gone on long enough!
