Cooking on Saturday midday and evening, and cooking around the fire on Sunday. “Brusson a la slab” is a gastronomic meeting with chefs, in particular from Lyon, Pau, Bordeaux and of course Toulouse (Le Rocher de la Vierge, Solides, La Pente douce).
