Potential victims of a 21-year-old man arrested on multiple counts of luring, producing pornography and inciting sexual touching of young boys between the ages of 12 and 16 are wanted.
Antoine Absi was arrested on October 20 by the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM). The Montrealer had already been arrested for the first time on July 13, 2022 for possession of child pornography and had appeared the same day.
Investigators have reason to believe the 21-year-old could have had other victims by coming into contact with them through mobile apps and social media platforms.
“On a few occasions he reportedly approached his victims pretending to be a young girl. He allegedly asked the targeted young boys, whom he knew to be underage, to send him explicit photos of them. Once the images were obtained, he would have tried to obtain more photos and videos of his victims,” Montreal police said in a press release on Friday.
Known under the pseudonyms A_A2022868 and Allya_xox, the individual would also have offered to his victims to commit acts of a sexual nature and he would have traveled to meet some of them.
He could thus have caused victims everywhere in Quebec.
