A family day under the sign of the terroir and rurality, does that tempt you? The Sommepy-Tahure Mouton Festival invites you to discover the world of sheep thanks to several activities for young and old alike and a reflection on the sheep sector.
Did you know that Sommepy-Tahuresmall town marlorganizes, every four yearsa totally atypical and recognized regional event named sheep Festival ? After two years of pandemic, this very special celebration (so instructive and friendly !) returns, to the delight of all the players in the sector, but also for that of the public who are more and more fond of this kind oflocal and rural event.
Pentecost Sunday will therefore be dedicated to the Mouton Festival, in Sommepy-Tahure! 8000 people are expected to leave the meeting of producers and participate in a great initiatory journey around agricultural production (and especially sheep), but also around the landof the’environment and, more generally, of rural world.
Folklore, entertainment for young and old, good humor and, of course, the traditional mechoui tasting !
