For the second year in a row, around thirty specialty roasters from Quebec are setting up shop at the Society of Technological Arts (SAT) to have their precious beans tasted.
It takes place over two days, Friday May 31 and Saturday June 1, but be careful, these are not the same companies exhibiting on both days.
The daily ticket costs $25 (or $45 for two days). There will be workshops which must be paid extra. This Collective Café will also be an opportunity to shop for state-of-the-art equipment to make your brew even more successful at home.
