INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz furlong gin
1.25 oz organic wild blueberry juice
0.25 oz apple cider vinegar
0.25 oz verjuice or freshly squeezed lemon juice
1.75 oz maple syrup
1 egg white
3 drops of Kebek bitters – Flowers
Sufficient ice cubes
PREPERATION
Pour all the ingredients except the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
Stir vigorously.
Fill with ice cubes and stir again.
Filter everything using a colander and a sieve placed above the glass.
Add some dried flowers to decorate.
