This Tuesday evening, after the match counting for the 22nd day of Pro B, the president Roger Paour announced the extension, for one year, of coach Alain Thinet at the head of the Saint-Chamond basketball team.
In place since 2010, he announced that this season would be the last. But his desire to continue, changes in his personal projects, reminders from the club and a season, quite simply, exceptional, got the better of his decision.

Alain Thinet will train his team in the Arena which will host the SCBVG from next season. A new exercise which will perhaps be done in Betclic Elite if the club continues like this.
Indeed, the Couramiauds won 101 to 87 against Tours in a sold-out Halle Boulloche.
And since good news never comes alone, Chalon and Nancy lost in their respective matches. Saint-Chamond is therefore alone at the head of the Pro B.
