Actress Bianca Gervais will star in the new series Pearlswhich will be broadcast in 2023 on Club illico.

The host and actress, who will play alongside Cassandra Latreille, Anouk Tanguay and Sharon Fontaine-Ishpatao, will play Stéphanie, a single mother of two young girls, Laurence and Juliette.
The romantic comedy, signed Érika Soucy, takes place in a small village on the Haute-Côte-Nord. The series comprises 13 short episodes, and explores the realities of single parenthood, early motherhood and female solidarity. As rumors swirl around the village about her, Stephanie leaves with her daughters in search of a better life.
Produced by Encore Television in collaboration with Quebecor Content, filming for the series will begin this summer, confirms Club illico in a press release.
