Clémentine Célarié: When her seductive son Abraham paraded in a skirt for Jean Paul Gaultier

Clémentine Célarié is the headliner of Character font, series broadcast this Saturday, February 5 on France 3. But in life, especially with her three children, the actress was not one to cop. On the contrary, what her three boys could do made her proud, as when her eldest Abraham, born of her relationship with the musician Henri Diallo, marched for Jean Paul Gaultier in the mid-2000s. An honor that was all the greater since the young man of 22 years marked the spirits by parading in a skirt in front of an audience of stars. Something to make his mother proud, always very admiring of her three children and to whom freedom has always been close to heart. If he did not continue his way in fashion, Abraham excels in music. He became a DJ and a fan of hip-hop, he even released an EP, Head in the clouds, after months of confinement posting beatbox videos on his Instagram account.

The pride between mother and son goes both ways. Last November, Clémentine Célarié revealed in her book Forbidden Words having been struck by colon cancer which she has since overcome. More than touched when Florent Pagny also revealed that he was fighting the disease, the 64-year-old actress was also admiring: “I find it great people who dare to say they have cancer. It is essential, for everyone, for those who have one and for those who accompany them“ she confided in an interview for Telepro. A speech that his son Abraham approves.

Clémentine Célarié did not want to let everyone know when she learned that she had cancer. A choice that his eldest son commented on in the pages of Figaro : “Sometimes the reactions can be a burden more than anything else. She protected us” he launched in December. This discretion linked to the pandemic period allowed them to “refocus”: “She doesn’t come back as if nothing had happened but with a surplus of energy“. A disease from which she has now made her strength.
