Clément Beaune promises a “consultation” after the decision of the Council of State

There are terms, regularity, cost, standards, all of this can be discussed, there is significant room for maneuver left to the government by the European rule. According to Clément Beaune, a “calendar remains to be agreed and defined” but one “immediate application” is excluded.
