At only 17 years old, Clémence took part in her first agricultural show. Before passing her baccalaureate, she has a challenge: the agricultural competition for the best Aubrac with Hirondelle, a cow from the family farm.
Clémence Laporte, 17, is taking part in her first agricultural show, which has been held since Saturday February 26. “It’s a kid’s dream to come to the show with your own cow”, she says. Clémence was only seven years old when Hirondelle, her cow, was born on her father’s farm in Lozère. The teenager likes to share her passion for the Aubrac breed with visitors.
Clémence wants to put all the chances on her side for the general competition. So she pampers and brushes back her cow’s hair. “Winning would be the icing on the cake”, admits the one who wants to make this passion her job. But before perhaps taking over the family farm, she must prepare for her baccalaureate.
