Civil trial in New York | Donald Trump sentenced to pay more than 350 million fines

(New York) Donald Trump was fined nearly $355 million in New York on Friday for a series of financial frauds within his real estate empire, the Trump Organization.




This unprecedented decision is accompanied by a three-year ban on the former President of the United States from any business management in New York State. The state’s attorney general, Letitia James, filed charges against him in 2022 and took him, along with his two adult sons and their family group, to a civil trial for fraud from October to January.
