Coeur vaillant, the Domaine Hébert’s currant-flavored farm cider, which commemorates the 100th anniversary of the UPA, can obviously be consumed as is. But it is also possible to make it even more delicious by transforming it into slush alcoholic and fruity. Enjoy!

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
115 ml (4 oz) freezer-chilled vodka
250 ml (1 cup) cold cider
500 ml (2 cups) lemon sorbet
Toppings
Citrus slices (lime, lemon, grapefruit, your choice)
Fresh mint leaves
Preparation
1. Combine all ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer and blend until smooth. slush.
2. Pour into four large glasses previously chilled in the freezer. Do not add ice cubes, it is not necessary.
3. Garnish the glasses with a slice of citrus fruit and a mint leaf… and serve!
