Nadège from the Ressouche farm in Lozère, for 18 years, mountain tomme cheese and blue cheese.

and 1 restaurateur: Jacques MARCON St bonnet lefroid at an altitude of 1200m (at the border of the Ardèche, in Haute-Loire)
