The Bengals will make landfall Feb. 8 and practice at Drake Stadium, University of California Los Angeles.

The temperature in Los Angeles is expected to be around 20 degrees Celsius by the time the Bengals arrive.

Despite the mild temperature of 15 degrees Celsius Tuesday in southern Ohio, a storm could bring freezing rain on Wednesday and snow the next day.

The temperature in Cincinnati next week will approach freezing. These are not ideal conditions to prepare for a match to be played at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California.

“I think it’s important that we get there early, but the transition from bad weather to good conditions is always better than the other way around,” Bengals defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo said. The guys won’t need a long time to adjust. »

SoFi Stadium, only two years old, is the home of the National champions, the Los Angeles Rams, as well as the Los Angeles Chargers.

A club participating in the Super Bowl will play at home for the second year in a row.

In Super Bowl LV, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeated the Kansas City Chiefs 31-9 at Raymond James Stadium.
