France Bleu Provence partner of Cibo di Strada invites you to discover the unmissable event of the year for all lovers of Italian and Provençal gastronomy in La Ciotat.

An immersion in Mediterranean cuisine

Many Italian and Provençal food-trucks to promote the links between Provence and Italy. simple dishes, to share in company and to enjoy while strolling through the colorful streets of the Provençal town of La Ciotat.

This fourth edition will honor the cuisine of Campania (the region of Naples). To liven up the event, several culinary shows will be offered by Michel Basaldella, chef of the restaurant Le Grand Puech, in Mimet, who will promote Italian-Provençal cuisine by creating special recipes.

Thursday, September 1 from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
5 p.m.: Opening
6 p.m.: Inauguration in the presence of local institutions
6 p.m.: Battle of scialatielli with the participation of local institutions and under the watchful eye of Michel Basaldella, international chef

Friday, September 2 from 10:30 a.m. to midnight
10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.: Culinary show. On-site tasting of Mozzarella in Carrozza. With Michel Basaldella, international chef.

Saturday September 3 from 10:30 a.m. to midnight

Culinary workshop. Made by Scialatielli. With public participation. 10 people maximum. Registration on site on Thursday 1st and Friday 2nd September. With Michel Basaldella, international chef.

Sunday, September 4 from 10:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Culinary show. On-site tasting of Zabaione with Limoncello accompanied by Marseille shuttles. With Michel Basaldella, international chef.
